With beautiful Caribbean décor, delicious cocktails, great food, and a DJ space, the CocoCabana Rooftop Bar in the Brick Hotel is one of the hottest spots in Oceanside, California. Debuted on Wednesday, July 27th, this tropical oasis offers guests panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and downtown Oceanside. If stunning views weren’t enough to attract guests in, the ambiance and menu most certainly will.
A Tropical Haven
Located on the fourth floor of the Brick Hotel, this 2,100-square-foot rooftop bar embodies style and flair. CocoCabana features eclectic décor, hanging light fixtures, and plenty of seating. Our cocktail bar is perfect for travelers on vacation or locals wanting to explore the latest and greatest.
Be sure to visit when you’ve got room to eat because our menu is one you won’t want to miss. Centered around a Josper charcoal oven, the kitchen focuses on bringing people together over small dishes. Our shareable plates consist of fresh pulpo Frito ceviche, coconut curry clams, wagyu skewers, jerk duck confit, and more. We recommend ordering an array of plates and getting a taste of everything. The fun doesn’t stop there. On the weekends, guests can enjoy a delicious brunch menu, ranging from a breakfast baked potato to plantain hash & eggs and a breakfast sandwich.
A visit to CocoCabana Rooftop Bar wouldn’t be complete until you’ve tried our tasty cocktails. The cocktail menu has one goal in mind – to deliver a good time. Rob McShea, The Beverage Director, designed a perfectly curated menu, including the Shainghy Sally made with grapefruit-infused gin, plum sake, lychee, lemon, agave, and bitters. And if you’re a tequila lover at heart then you’ll love the Miami Pound Machine, made with tequila reposado, passion fruit, orgeat, fresh lime, saffron bitters, and black rum float. After a night out on the town, you might need the hair of the dog to get you through the day and our brunch cocktail menu has exactly that. Enjoy our Mimosas Tropicales and our Caribbean Bloody crafted with your choice of tequila, mezcal, or vodka and scotch bonnet bloody mix and house jerk seasoning.
