Lauren Sweeton

Lauren is a 4th generation Oceanside native with a degree from Pepperdine University. A former live-aboard, Lauren loves adventure and has visited 30+ countries. When she is not traveling or helping others to book their stays, Lauren loves to spend time at the beach with her family.

Katie Trippe

Katie is an Oceanside native, who began her career in hospitality in New Orleans, LA after graduating from Tulane University. She's worked and lived in San Diego and Cape Town, South Africa. Katie enjoys gardening, hiking and camping, traveling and trips to the dog park.

Hope Breen

Hope is an Oceanside native with twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry. Hope attended Cal State Long Beach where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service and Hotel Management. Hope enjoys going to the beach and reading.

Thomas Aldrich

Thomas is a fourth generation Oceanside local with a degree from the University of Southern California. Thomas oversees marketing/advertising, real estate acquisition and development for Oceanside Properties.
