The building was constructed in 1888, and originally served as Oceanside’s premiere hardware store. Over the years it had many uses and updates, and in 2017 was resorted to become the charming boutique hotel that it is today, sitting above a ground floor restaurant and with a rooftop bar. Vintage touches remain throughout the retrofitted property, such as a nostalgic advertisement painted on the one section of the exterior, from when the building was a cash grocery store. It’s the perfect combination of history and contemporary elegance, with excellent location that allows you to access all the highlights of Oceanside.

Stunning Rooms with True Historic Flair

The Brick Hotel offers ten guest rooms on the upper floors of the property, with convenient self-check in feature with keypads. Each room has a stylish sensibility, with historic features such as the exposed original bricks on the walls to the exterior, and things like the wooden luggage racks made from centuries old wood. In the remainder of the room, you’ll find a clean and minimalist vibe, with swanky design elements like accent walls with patterned wallpaper and plush furniture with a pop of color. Tropical plants in the rooms give the space a bit of greenery and create a luxurious oceanside ambiance. Several of the rooms offer balconies with outdoor seating, so you can step out and revel in the ocean breeze and the captivating views. It’s truly a historic beach hideaway!

Some of our rooms feature sitting areas, where you can unwind after a day exploring Oceanside, along with queen-sized sofa sleepers for additional space. The ensuite bathrooms have an aesthetic all their own, with modern details like sleek glass doors and beautifully tiled showers. Also viewed as a way to build up to a full Ironman which involves a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and ends with a 26.2-mile run (a standard marathon length!) the half Ironman also celebrates a return to the roots of the Ironman that got its start right here in California! Of course, it can be a little difficult to participate and because you are on vacation you may not want to actually do the work needed to be a part of this exciting event, but it is always a fun idea to watch the progress and stake your spot at the finish line cheering on the brave and athletic souls as they finish! Offer up a toast to their dedication, soak in the California sunshine, and relax; the participants are doing all the hard work!

Painting at the Carlsbad Flower Fields with Leoangelo Art, April 7th, 5704 Paseo del Norte in Carlsbad

Local art teacher, Leoangelo, shares his knowledge, his talent, and his love for the painted canvas with anyone who wishes to pay the fee ($90, which includes materials, admission to the Flower Fields, and 3 hours of his time!) Even novice artists will feel in their element as they soak in the beauty of the California sun, the colorful appearance, and the aromatic scents that waft through the air, ensuring that your splashes of color will be something you want to hang in a prominent place in your home; each glimpse you catch of the beautiful painting will instantly transport you back to this idyllic moment in time!

Do Nothing at All in Your Brick Hotel Spring Sanctuary

As you rush from adventure to adventure, painting, eating, playing, and coming home each night to the comforts and luxuries found in our Brick Hotel sanctuaries will be the highlight of your trip! Reserve your favorite escape today!

When it comes time to start planning your upcoming spring break getaway, you, as grown adults, perhaps with children of your own, are not looking for the parties you enjoyed during your single days. You had your good times back then, of course, but today you prefer your own space, your wine to come out of a bottle with a cork and a higher price tag, and your “roommates” (with the exception of your spouse or partner) are far under the drinking age! Coming from the cold Midwest, where chances are a late winter storm will be hitting your town, you want beaches, sunny skies, and the opportunity to wear that new swimsuit you purchased online. What you don’t want, however, is to fight for your space on those beaches, nor do you want to have to explain the birds and the bees to your own littles! Oceanside, California is the solution to your spring break escape, offering a family vacation that will give you everything you want and nothing you don’t need! And because you are long past the days of finding cheap and noisy motels acceptable, our Brick House escapes will offer luxury, charm, and never-ending peeks of the ocean you can’t get enough of, making them the ideal seasonal sanctuary for your Oceanside Spring Break escape to California!

Soak in the Warmth

Of course, you are going to want to start your California adventures with a trip to the beach! The warm air and sunny skies invite you to slip out of your traveling clothes and into your swimwear and flip-flops and walk the short walk to the beach that lies within view of your Brick Hotel escape! Stake your claim on the section of beach that makes you happiest, spreading out your towels, pushing the pole of your umbrella into the sand, and placing your chairs and/or loungers where the view of the water is best. Your cooler filled with beverages and drinks will ensure you don’t have to run back to your sanctuary and a good book will hold your attention until it drops to your chest, your eyes flutter to a close, and you begin to enjoy one of the best naps of your life! The sounds of waves crashing against sandy beaches, the cries of seagulls and other seabirds, and the laughter and chatter of other happy beachgoers will serve as the perfect lullaby for your tired body and brain!

LEGOLAND California, One Legoland Drive in Carlsbad

Traveling with littles can be a tricky proposition as you try to find activities that everyone will enjoy, but we think a visit to LEGOLAND will do just the trick! Located in nearby Carlsbad, and offering rides, food, and the opportunity to explore life under the sea with a visit to their SEA LIFE Aquarium, a day spent at this fun-filled theme park is destined to make your top 10 list of best places to explore with your family! Watch 4D movies starring your favorite Lego characters, explore the new beach house of your Lego friends with a show featuring singing, dancing, and laughter, and enjoy the meet and greets with a variety of characters! Exploring LEGOLAND is a beautiful way to fill some hours of your spring break getaway!

Carlsbad Ranch, 5704 Paseo del Norte in Carlsbad

The incredibly stunning flower gardens of Carlsbad Ranch are always a joy to behold and because not all spring break getaways involve the kiddos, a visit to the ranch can be a romantic addition to your itinerary! Reopening on March 1 in 2023, the Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch provide acres of rainbow colors, flower mazes, and, even an opportunity to mine for polished gemstones the old-fashioned way, sluicing through sand and water! Offering butterfly gardens, wagon tours, an American Flag created from flowers, and so much more, this fun escape is also a great place to explore if you are traveling with kids!

The Brick House Seasonal Sanctuary of Your Dreams

The beauty of your California spring break adventures will be multiplied when you choose the Brick Hotel for your spring sanctuary! Offering comfort, style, and a prime location within sight of the sea, the tranquility you seek will immediately be apparent upon your first steps inside. Play board games with the children, watch television on a rare rainy evening, and sleep deeply and happily in premium beds topped with the softest of linens! And when you sit out on the balcony, sipping a glass of your favorite beverage and watching the sunset over the waters, you will know that this moment right here is the one that will bring you happiness and joy for years to come! Reserve your favorite escape today and come home to the Brick Hotel for spring break in 2023!

The beauty of a rainy day should never be overestimated, even if it does happen to take place on your exciting vacation to Oceanside! Serving as Mother Nature’s way of admonishing us to slow down the pace a little, a rainy day on vacation is the perfect day to explore indoor adventures, perhaps linger a little longer over a beautiful dinner in the evenings, to learn a little about the history of the region, or, even better, to stay home and explore the amenities and comforts found inside your Brick Hotel vacation sanctuary! Sleep in a little later, letting the rain drumming down on the roof lull you into a more peaceful slumber, grab a seat on the balcony and watch the way the gray skies touch gray water and the frothy white foam of the waves breaking provides a contrast, and bring out the board games that you have brought from home or have taken off the shelves of our escape and play until the moon rises or the sun comes out to play once again! This guide to all the fun and relaxation a rainy day can bring you during your vacation in Oceanside will give you a new appreciation for the rains that fall into all our lives.

The Museum of Making Music, 5790 Armada Drive in Carlsbad

The scenery somehow looks shinier and new on a rainy day and although your short drive up the coast to Carlsbad won’t give you a lot of time to appreciate it, the fun you will have during your visit to the Museum of Making Music promises to make it a standout moment in your California vacation. Explore the magic of making music as you examine the process involved with building the instruments that bring so much pleasure, meet musicians and hear their stories as they show the finished results of the instruments, and just enjoy a few hours of fun while the rain falls gently outside!

Sea Hive Marketplace, 1555 S Coast Highway in Oceanside

Shopping is an age-old vacation tradition, but a visit to Sea Hive Marketplace is nothing like a souvenir trip to the bright and shiny shops of Oceanside. Sea Hive offers over 13,000 square feet of shopping adventures provided by over 100 vendors selling antiques, vintage items, and even some brand-new stuff that you just won’t find anywhere else in town! Lose yourself in the aisles, examining each piece of depression glass, holding up the vintage gowns against you as you try to imagine where they were worn, and giggling at some of the more whimsical items being sold. The rain is still pouring down and you have nowhere else to go this indoor shopping mecca is destined to be your newest obsession!

California Surf Museum, 312 Pier View Way in Oceanside

The surf is always up in Oceanside and if the rainy day is keeping you from enjoying it out in nature, the California Surf Museum provides an entirely wonderful substitute! Exploring the surfing world with exhibits that include colorful vintage surfboards, surf art, and a variety of other memorabilia surrounding the surf, the rain will fall, the skies will be gray, and you will not care at all as you hang 10 while staying dry and cozy!

A Walk on the Beach

A little rain won’t hurt you and a walk along the shore’s edge on a rainy day can offer the sweetest and most romantic moments of the trip. (Not recommended during a lightning storm, of course!) Feeling the surf tickle your ankles as the rain wets your hair, holding hands, and laughing over the sheer joy of being in love will create moments of bliss you will wish never had to end.

Vital Climbing Gym, 525 S Coast Highway in Oceanside

Burn off some excess energy with a visit to the most exciting climbing gym in the state. Vital Climbing Gym is open every day from 11 AM until 9 PM and offers a variety of boulder walls (no harnesses or extra equipment needed) they also provide classes for those who have never climbed before!

Comfortable Adventures with the Brick Hotel

The most comfortable adventures can be enjoyed at home with the Brick Hotel, taking the rain as a sign that today is the day to be lazy! Read where the light is best, lose yourself in the magic of the words on the page, binge-watch rom coms while sipping wine and munching on sweet or salty treats, and enjoy the naps you don’t get to experience at home. We aren’t talking about a 20-minute power nap, designed to revive you so you can get back to work. No, we are recommending a long and restful nap, the kind where your body melts into our soft sofas and your dreams take you to happy places. Reserve your favorite Brick Hotel sanctuary today and fall in love with the romance of a rainy day in Oceanside!

As we move deeper into the darkest days of winter, there is one bright spot that awaits you before the coming of spring and that, of course, is the holiday that celebrates love. Valentine’s Day falls during the coldest days of the season, but we believe that was strategic planning by whichever Hallmark biggies thought we needed another reason to buy cards! When it is cold outside and you can’t feel your fingers and toes what better way to warm up than by cuddling and snuggling with the one you love most? Of course, there are other ways to celebrate the most romantic holiday of the year and if you are seeking a little extra warmth, we at the Brick Hotel think a visit to Oceanside, California, and a stay in our Brick Hotel love nests will take your celebration to the next level of wonderful! This guide to your romantic escape to Oceanside will help you plan the romantic getaway in Southern California that will secure your title of Best Gift Giver EVER!

Sunrise, Sunset

There’s something about California you may not have realized at the time you started planning this getaway. Our sunrises and sunsets are life-changing and are best experienced while walking hand in hand on the beach with your favorite human. The dark skies of pre-dawn slowly lighten, changing the sky from inky black to dusky gray, and then morphs into a kaleidoscope of colors that can only be seen to be believed. The mornings are still cool in the winter months, so feel free to cuddle close together as you marvel over the show in the sky, or if early rising sounds like too much work, a sunset walk on the beach offers another version of the wonders in the morning and with temperatures in the 70s and 80s, you can walk barefoot through the golden soft sand and never feel a chill!

Cruisin’ for Whales

The first time you witness a majestic gray whale breaching the surface of the water is destined to be something that stuns and a romantic morning whale-watching cruise with Next Level Sailing promises to be an experience you will want to repeat over and over again. Casting off at 11 AM every morning (including Valentine’s Day, which falls on a Tuesday in 2023.) January through April is the best time to view gray whales and humpback whales, and Next Level Sailing will take you and your love to the spots where the viewing is best! And because this tour group also allows pets, you may get to cuddle with your sweetie while petting one of your new dog friends, creating a cruise that is perfect in every way!

A Meal to Remember

Another popular Valentine’s tradition that should not be ignored is the romantic meal. Sitting across the table from the one you love, enjoying the taste of a fine dinner as you enjoy the sight of your loved one happy and at ease is one of life’s greatest pleasures. And because we love tradition at the holidays, a meal at Hunter Steakhouse is one that will please your soul. Located at 1221 Vista Way, you won’t find a white tablecloth in sight but dim lights, wood tables, and thick and juicy steaks will add up to create a moment in time you will never forget.

A Night at the Theater

Follow up your delicious meal at Hunter Steakhouse with a live performance at the historic Sunshine Brooks Theater. The Oceanside Theater company will give you a night to remember, performing the classics (their annual Christmas performances are charming and much loved!) and giving guests a chance to escape into a world of magic and drama.

A Night In with the Brick Hotel

The only thing better than a night on the town in Oceanside is choosing to spend this most romantic night of the year at home with the Brick Hotel! Watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean from the balcony outside your home sweet vacation home, putter around the cozy kitchen creating a meal of your favorite foods, and spend a happy evening doing whatever you want while wearing your comfy clothes! There is no need to make reservations as your space is open to you for your entire stay and if watching rom-coms on television while cuddling together on the comfortable sofas we offer sounds like heaven, we are certainly glad we can provide that option! After a big meal, you can head to the beach again, walking off the extra calories on moonlit beaches and if you haven’t gathered up the strength to ask that big question yet, we can honestly say you won’t find a more perfect time to drop to one knee and bring out the tiny box! Reserve your favorite love nest today!

The beauty of Oceanside deserves to be revealed and when you want to make your vacation dreams come true, exploring its beauty while choosing to stay in one of our Brick Hotel’s most cozy escapes promises to be the best way to accomplish both. We love our town on the ocean and we adore our Pacific Villas Unit 4 Oceanside vacation rental, a space that blends the modern with the vintage as it reflects the charms of the town. Today we are shining a spotlight on a vacation that can only be described as perfect as you enjoy long days of sun and sea and long nights of deep sleep and tranquil dreams. We invite you to take a few minutes out of your day, pour yourself your favorite beverage, and explore our portrait of a perfect vacation in the perfect vacation home.

Step into Comfort

Turquoise is the color of choice for jewelry, the color of the sea when the sun shines down on it, and the color that graces the front door of Pacific Villas Unit 4. A small seating area off to the side of the door also offers a touch of turquoise in the basket chairs placed there to help enjoy another angle of the Pacific Ocean but may soon be forgotten when you step inside for the first time. The footprint of Unit 4 is a cozy one, but bright white walls and generous windows will make the space seem much larger than it really is. Offering an open-concept floor plan, there are no secrets in this charming escape, just multiple ways to do your own thing while staying connected to your traveling companions.

A wide planked engineered flooring stained the color of driftwood lying on the beach leads the way to a cozy living room anchored by a navy blue velvet couch that we can attest will be the perfect spot to enjoy a nap on a lazy afternoon. Open the windows to let the ocean breezes sweep over you and allow the sounds of the waves crashing against the sandy beaches just below act as a peaceful lullaby. A beehive fireplace painted white and tucked away in the corner adds vintage charm and the television mounted to the wall at the corner of the breakfast bar provides a modern touch that will be much appreciated. This cozy condo doesn’t offer a dining room, per se, but the aforementioned breakfast bar provides the ideal spot to enjoy every meal if you choose to eat “at home.”

The kitchen of Unit 4 offers the charm of a much larger space and the turquoise glass tile backsplash adds drama to the room. Offering everything you need to create a feast or keep your beverages cold, the 4 burner gas range, refrigerator, and microwave are high-end ones of stainless steel. There is no dishwasher in the compact kitchen, but you may not mind the chore of washing dishes when performed in front of a window that offers more views of the sea! Now, this Pacific Villas unit is designed to be a cozy escape, built for couples in love or single travelers and offering sleeping space for 2 in the large single bedroom. Offering a comfortable queen bed and easy access to the solo bathroom, sleep will come easy after a long day of play in Oceanside, and dreams are destined to be happy ones. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and updated fixtures and complimentary shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner can be found in the subway-tiled shower.

The Balcony You Will Never Want to Leave

The back balcony of Unit 4 offers virtually unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and conveniently provides 2 comfortable seats that are arguably the best seats in the house. Sitting out here on a sunny day, watching the ever-changing sea and the people that have come to play is a treat you will never forget, especially at sunset. The colors in the sky reflect on the surface of the water and as the sun slowly dips below the horizon, the sky darkens, and the stars start to blink on, one by one, you may find yourself never wanting to leave this chair, this balcony, this corner of paradise! Stormy days can be spent inside playing games or watching television, but the protection of the roof will allow you to come outside and watch Mother Nature throw a serious temper tantrum!

Reserve Pacific Villas Unit 4 Today!

The beauty of Oceanside is reflected in the cozy charms of a renovated condo housed in a building that has been standing in the same spot since the 1940s. What happens when your favorite holiday occurs during your least favorite season? Not everyone loves a white Christmas, preferring not to be cold, not seeing the humor in all those videos of people slipping on the ice, and generally not understanding why such a beautiful holiday should take place in the dark depths of winter! If your idea of the perfect Christmas involves sunset walks on the beach, and if you want to find your last-minute gifts while walking along the aisles of the local farmers market that has NOT closed for the season, we at The Brick Hotel predict that the only thing that would make your holiday shine bright would be a visit to beautiful Oceanside, California. Spend a few days soaking in the sunshine and enjoying the same Christmas activities and Christmas events in Oceanside, CA you would be enjoying back home without numb fingers and toes. And when you have explored all the fun our waterfront town has to offer and come home to the comforts and quiet luxuries offered at The Brick Hotel’s seasonal sanctuaries, you will find yourself wishing this adventure never had to end!

So Many Ways to Shop

With the advent of the internet we may have drifted away from in store shopping quite a bit, preferring the convenience of shopping in our pajamas (especially when you live in one of our nation’s colder states) and having everything delivered to our doorstep. But during your Oceanside adventures, you will want to get outside and explore the shops, markets, and boutiques that dot our landscape. The Oceanside Sunset Market, open every Thursday evening of the year from 5-9 PM offers the normal produce and baked goods, plus stall after stall of wonderful Christmas gifts and décor, making it a popular stop for holiday shoppers. The Holiday Boutique and Gift Fair, however, held on December 10th from 11 AM until 4 PM will be making an appearance at the Arrowhead Golf Course and promises to make your gift buying experiences magical! If you are traveling with your kiddos and you aren’t planning on buying any of their gifts here, the fair is offering pictures with Santa, so bring them along! Featuring beautiful wares hand created by talented local artisans, food, drink, and an extra dose of Christmas spirit, this may be the most fun you have enjoyed during Christmas shopping ever!

Continue Your Family Traditions

We all have our own family traditions that our holidays would suffer without and you may be worried that you have to toss some of your most important traditions when you travel to the Golden State to celebrate Christmas, but we are here to tell you this will not be the case! Watching the Nutcracker live and on stage may be the one activity you are not willing to give up on and after a short drive to San Diego and the San Diego Civic Center, you won’t have to! The Golden State Ballet is offering seven different showings of this classic ballet and the talent and strength of the young dancers performing will stun! An evening spent exploring the lights in the local neighborhoods is a tradition you can continue in Oceanside as you just get in your rental car and start driving through neighborhoods; Snead Drive is known for one particular house that has an amazing Christmas Tree Village set up in its garage, and Santa has been known to arrive via air balloon! If you are visiting during the Christmas season, but not necessarily over Christmas you and your family can get in the Christmas spirit with a visit to the 41st Annual Fallbrook Christmas Parade. The beautiful town of Fallbrook is located about 20 miles outside of Oceanside and the parade is one that could have come straight from your memories of your own small town back in the day! Held on December 3rd from 5 to 8 PM, the decorated floats, bands playing Christmas Carols, and, of course, the jolly old elf himself will help build up your anticipation of your most favorite holiday of all!

All the Comforts of Home

When you choose The Brick Hotel, every moment of your Oceanside visit promises to be one you will never forget. Our home sweet vacation homes offer everything you need to relax and celebrate, much as you would in your own home, but without all the stress and chaos that normally accompanies your holidays! Watch the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade on state-of-the-art televisions, create a holiday feast in our fully equipped kitchens, and when the sun sets over the ocean on Christmas Eve, you can toast its beauty with a cup of homemade hot cocoa from the deck of your Brick Hotel holiday hideaway. Reserve your favorite escape today!

When you really want to experience a Thanksgiving for which you can be thankful, sometimes the best way to do so is to get away. Fly away to someplace warm and beautiful, perhaps a place that offers sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and a tropical escape that will make you forget any issues or problems you may be currently experiencing! Pick a vacation abode that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed and also offers a beautiful kitchen so that you can choose to create a Thanksgiving feast or use it simply to heat up an already prepared meal purchased at the local grocery store. Having your immediate family close will provide the love that this thankful holiday needs, and being away from the cold weather and potential cranky dispositions of your more distant family member will give your soul the respite it needs! And because all of the above can be found in our rentals at The Brick Hotel in the beautiful town of Oceanside, we think that a California Thanksgiving vacation is destined to be a dream come true!

The Big Meal

Yes, let’s get right down to the star of this delicious holiday, the big meal. If you are getting away from your home this holiday, chances are you are looking for someone else to do the cooking. (And if you still want to cook, later on down this page we will discuss the kitchens at The Brick Hotel) Lucky for you, our coastal city understands your needs and offers quite a few choices for enjoying a Thanksgiving feast prepared, served, and cleared away by others! Enjoy farm-to-table deliciousness at Piper Oceanside, 105 Mission Avenue, or take a scenic drive along the coast to explore the elegant options prepared at Adelaide at L’Auberge Del Mar, 1540 Camino Del Mar in Del Mar. Our proximity to San Diego expands your choices for a delicious meal on Thanksgiving Day, and if you are looking for something exceptionally different to dine on, look no further than Animae, 969 Pacific Highway in San Diego. If you are a fan of the traditional turkey dinner, Animae may not be your cup of tea but if you like to walk on the wild side and you think that caviar shrimp toast and Chinese sausage jam sounds exciting and delicious, we suggest you make your reservations today before you miss out on a meal you will be thankful for!

Black Friday

We are very happy that most stores will be staying closed on Thanksgiving Day, allowing employees to stay home with their own families, and we are even more excited that starting bright and reasonably early in Oceanside on the Friday after Thanksgiving, the stores will open again with some really incredible deals! Every store in town is destined to offer something you can’t live without, but a stop by Ozone at 102 Mission Avenue promises to bring you to new heights of delight! Offering fashionable clothing for men, women, and kids, it’s their lifestyle merchandise that really makes us smile and is the section where you will find the best gifts for everyone on your shopping list. Christian Lacroix notecards for the teachers in your life, Andy Warhol photo books for your own budding artist, and incredible body care items for your female friends are just a few things that caught our eye on earlier shopping trips, but we promise, there is so much more to buy and enjoy, you may not make it to any other stores on Black Friday! That’s ok, though, as the Black Friday deals generally last throughout the weekend, giving you a couple of more opportunities to get your shopping done.

Home Sweet Home

The best part of your Thanksgiving getaway, however, may just be the moments you spend enjoying the comforts found in our home sweet homes at The Brick Hotel! State-of-the-art televisions give crystal-clear pictures of the big Thanksgiving parade in New York City, and comfortable sofas offer a soft place to nap when the tryptophan from the turkey causes you to drift off to sleep! Fully equipped kitchens make it easy to prepare the family feast, and when it is time to clean up after, standing in front of large windows that look out over the Pacific Ocean will take your mind off the drudgery of the chores you are completing and give you a few more moments of peace and serenity! As a matter of fact, we suggest you put off the clean up for a few minutes and sit out on the balconies, raising a toast in celebration of the holiday and the stunning California sunset that helps affirm your decision to spend this Thanksgiving in paradise! The sandy beaches are just over there, so slip on your flip flops, grab some sunscreen and some beautiful moments with the family with your toes in the sand and know that you have never been this thankful before!

Its smaller size makes it the ideal Oceanside getaway for solo travelers, couples, or small families, as it is spacious enough for 4 guests to live together in harmony and peace. The structure itself was built in the 1940s and many of the charms of that long ago decade remain, including wood floors that have truly stood the test of time if you listen closely, as you prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchenette, sit out on the balcony that offers a peak of the sea that is practically in its backyard, or sleep deeply at night, the memories that are lodged in the walls of this beautiful escape will keep you and your family of travelers happy, offering an echo of history that adds to the charm of your stay!

The Beauty Within

Glass and wood doors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and crisp white paint help keep the space bright and inviting and as you step inside for the first time, you will feel your own future grow brighter as you realize that this vacation is going to be unlike any other. You can hear the waves of the Pacific Ocean crash against the sandy beaches that are visible from the balcony and just a short walk away from your front door. The wood floors we spoke of earlier, create a path of luxury that leads guests to spaces filled with charming luxuries and quiet treasures. Its dark stained surface adds a beautiful contrast against walls painted a crisp and welcoming white. A dove gray sofa hides a comfortable surprise, offering a pullout bed that kiddos will be thrilled to call their own. A state-of-the-art television mounted in the corner opposite the couch provides a crystal clear picture that enhances whatever show you decide to watch and a painted stone fireplace, adds a touch of charm that even if not able to be used will be appreciated by its simple beauty.

Unit 105 offers an open-concept floor plan for the public spaces and the breakfast bar of the cozy kitchen is located directly opposite the sofa, featuring two barstools for additional seating. The kitchen itself is a smaller space and yet it still manages to provide every modern convenience needed to prepare a family meal. Stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker on the counter, and although there is no electric dishwasher, the window over the sink offers views of the seas guaranteed to take the sting out of dishwashing chores. Throughout the space, touches of teal add a colorful cheer to the interior décor, perhaps inspired by the teal-colored exterior door and can be found in the throw pillows on the couch, artwork on the walls, and the tile backsplash that decorates the cozy kitchen. The balcony gives guests a chance to forget their troubles, offering a place to sit, sip, and savor million-dollar views that will speak to their souls; many naps have been taken on that teal-cushioned chair in the corner, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself drifting off to sleep there as well!

The solo bedroom in this charming cottage/condo is designed to ensure that every dream you have is peaceful even if you can’t remember them the next morning. Offering a queen bed with a padded headboard that makes it easy to prop yourself against and lose yourself in the words written by your favorite authors on the pages of that latest bestseller. A brightly colored seascape hanging on the wall serves as a reminder that the real version lies just steps away and the single bath offers a stone-topped vanity and exquisitely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors and a stainless steel shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel dispenser inside. Community amenities include a pay laundry, a patio with a grill, and a small table and chairs; oh, and of course, the sea that lies just over there. Do you really need anything more?
