A restored 1888 boarding house and cafe in the heart of downtown Oceanside, The Brick Hotel has been reimagined into a modern day inn, a new kind of boutique hotel hidden above a restaurant and below a rooftop bar. Locally owned and operated with contactless on-demand service and a digital concierge, guests are invited to self check-in to their next vacation.
Due to the multiple bars on-site, guests must be 21 years or older to book. On Fridays & Saturdays, the food and beverage concepts stay open until 12M and there is the potential for noise during hours of operation. We are a perfect fit for guests looking to enjoy a lively urban environment with several on-site dining options at your doorstep, while also being a short 4-block walk from the beach and pier.

- A personalized door code will be sent via email at the time of booking and via text message at 9AM on the morning of arrival
- Check In: 3PM
- Check Out: 11AM
- One (1) space is allocated per room
- Our designated parking is located 1.5 blocks away in the closest parking garage. Why not on-site? Our building (built in 1888) predates vehicles!
- Upon arrival, guests may pull into any spot in front of the hotel to unload luggage. A parking pass with space assignment and directions to our off-site lot will be awaiting guests in room.
- Complimentary Delve Yoga classes are offered at varying times throughout the week on the rooftop of The Brick Hotel
- Complimentary passes to F45 Training classes are available upon request
- Every Thursday, Pier View Way (where the Brick is located) plays host to two outdoor markets. The Oceanside Farmers Market runs rain or shine from 9AM-1PM. The evening Sunset Market (weather permitting) quadruples the AM market in size with a street fair that runs from 5PM-9PM offering a huge variety of dining options, local artisan stands and a live band.
- If checking in on a Thursday, we recommend arriving early as there will be congestion in the area.

Terms & Conditions:
- PAYMENTS:
- Payment can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will automatically charge to the card on file 30 days before arrival
- If the arrival date is less than 30 days out, the entire amount would be due at booking
- Credit card must have an expiration date later than the date of arrival
- Credit card will be kept on file in the case that damage is caused to the property
- CANCELLATIONS:
- For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Room Blocks are non-cancellable. The above policy does not apply to room block reservations.
- MODIFICATIONS:
- Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date for which to move their stay. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. If the new dates of stay are of higher value, host will outline the added cost for guest review.
- Room Blocks are non-modifiable. The above policy does not apply to room block reservations.
