Brick Hotel: Suite 301 (ADA & Balcony)

THE BRICK HOTEL IS NOW ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR 2022. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GROUND FLOOR RESTAURANT AND ROOFTOP BAR ARE STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. OUR NEIGHBORS OF FRANKIES (cocktail lounge) AND STONE TAP ROOM (beer garden) ARE OPEN AND WELCOMING GUESTS. THANK YOU!

History meets modern at The Brick Hotel. Originally constructed in 1888 as the town's first hardware store, this historic brick building has seen many lives over the past 130+ years. In 2017, a five-year adaptive reuse restoration project began to update the old masonry building with all modern amenities and finishes, while maintaining the original brick facade and historical integrity of the building.

    • Parking is located 1 block west on the rooftop of the SALT parking structure at Cleveland and Pier View Way in the uncovered and numbered spaces closest to the elevator. A loading zone is available in front of hotel for check-in and dropping off luggage. 
    • If you have a valid handicap placard, please inquire about our handicap accessible parking space.

  • The Brick is a true boutique hotel with just ten rooms nestled in a historic building. The property consists of Q&A Restaurant & Oyster Bar on the ground floor, rooms on the second and third floors and CocoCabana Rooftop Bar perched atop. 
  • As the ground floor is occupied by a restaurant, there is not a standard reception area. Instead, guests will be provided with a door code unique to your stay. This door code will work for both your room door and for the front door of the building when the restaurant is closed. If arriving before 7PM, a team member will coordinate with you via text message on your arrival date and greet you at the entrance of the hotel. If arriving after 7PM, guests are welcome to self-check-in using your door code and will find your parking pass and further instruction awaiting you in your room.

  • Parking space must be vacated within one (1) hour of check-out, or 12N. 
Terms & Conditions:
  • PAYMENTS:
    • Payment can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
    • Charges will appear on your credit card statement from 'Oceanside Properties'
    • 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will automatically charge to the card on file 30 days before arrival
    • If the arrival date is less than 30 days out, the entire amount would be due at booking
    • Credit card must have an expiration date later than the date of arrival
    • Credit card will be kept on file in the case that damage is caused to the property
  • CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date for which to move their stay. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. If the new dates of stay are of higher value, host will outline the added cost for guest review.
